SFM Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing, to Sue Peltz at speltz@ahint.com or mailed to the SFM address below.  A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked on or before August 31, 2010.  Requests for refunds on or after September 1, 2010 will not be honored.  All refunds will be issued after the Conference and registrations are non-transferable.
